The PIC® Starter, available in sizes J-9 to adult 7, is ideal for the beginner. Suitable for footwork, spins and waltz jumps, the Starter is up to the task. The boot has a vinyl coated upper with synthetic lining, foam backed tongue and a resilient PVC outsole.
